Create an agent

Choose an agent template, enter its details, and open the new agent workspace.

Create from the Agents page

  1. Open Agents.
  2. Select Create Agent.
  3. Choose Blank Agent, Personal Assistant, or Business Agent.
  4. Enter an Agent Name. The name is required and can contain up to 50 characters.
  5. For a personal or business agent, you can also enter a Main Goal. For a business agent, you can add an optional Website.
  6. Select Create Agent. Threetone creates the agent and opens its workspace.

Configure and test the agent

Use the agent workspace to adjust its instructions and other settings. Add knowledge or tools only when the agent needs them. When Publish becomes available, select it, review the pending changes, and publish only the configuration you intend to use.

After publishing, select Test AI agent to verify the published configuration before you rely on it in a live workflow.

If creation fails, the wizard stays open and shows an error. Check the required name and your connection, then retry once the issue is resolved.
