Review the current plan

Open Subscriptions. The current subscription card shows the plan and its status. Depending on the plan, it also shows the remaining credit balance or the billing interval and next billing date.

Use the Monthly and Yearly controls to compare the plans currently offered to your account. Selecting an available paid plan starts the hosted checkout flow.

Manage billing

For a paid plan, select Manage Billing. Threetone opens the hosted billing portal in a new tab. If the portal does not open, allow the new tab for Threetone and try again. The dashboard reports Failed to open billing portal when the portal request cannot be completed.

Cancel the subscription

Select Cancel Subscription, review the effective end date in the confirmation dialog, and select Yes, Cancel. The current UI schedules cancellation for the end of the billing period. The plan remains active until then and moves to the Free plan afterward.

Cancellation is separate from any refund request. Do not infer refund or proration terms from the cancellation confirmation; review the billing record for the specific payment.
