Make a privacy or data request
Request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data held by Threetone.

Choose the request
Threetone's privacy policy lists these requests:
- Access to stored data
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of an account and associated data
- Export of conversation records or voice data
If your request concerns a conversation with one of Threetone's business customers, contact that business about its customer records. You can also give Threetone the business name and channel so the request can be routed to the right party.
Send the request
Email legal@threetone.in. Use the email associated with your account when possible. State the business or workspace, the type of request, and the records or account it covers. For WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram requests, name the channel and business.
Threetone may require verification before completing a request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes, or copies of entire conversations.
Review connected-account access
You can revoke Threetone's access to a connected Meta account through Meta's account or business integration settings. Revoking access does not delete records already held by Threetone, so include those records in a separate deletion request.
