Contact Threetone support
What to include when you ask Threetone for help with an account or workspace.
Updated
For product and account help, email team@threetone.in. Start with the details checklist so the support team can understand the problem without asking for information twice.
What to include
Describe what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include the page or feature name, the approximate time, and the steps that led to the problem.
If the issue affects a workspace, include the workspace name and the role of the person who saw it. Share screenshots only after removing passwords, access keys, personal data, and unrelated customer information.
Include the approximate date, time, and time zone. If an API request failed, include its method, path, response status, and X-Request-Id. If a conversation failed, include a safe conversation identifier when one is available.
Keep requests safe
Threetone support does not need your password or a private access key to understand a normal product issue. Redact those values before you send a screenshot, log excerpt, or copied request.
Send privacy and data requests to legal@threetone.in. Do not include full payment-card details, one-time codes, provider credentials, or private conversation content that is unrelated to the issue.
