Understand feature availability
Check whether a Threetone feature is available in the current workspace and report a missing control with useful context.
Updated
Check the page and workspace
Open the page where the feature belongs and confirm the selected workspace. The workspace picker shows the workspace name and your role. Settings shows the current plan, which can help support identify the account context.
Read the state shown by the app
Some controls are deliberately disabled and explain why. For example, the workspace member tools can say Credit-limit management is not available yet or Additional workspace creation is not available yet. The Invite member control is also disabled when neither a Basic seat nor a Full seat is available.
Treat the text beside a disabled control as the current product state. Do not assume that a hidden or disabled control is a temporary error.
Report a missing feature
Include the feature name, page, workspace, role, current plan, and any state text shown by the app. Describe what you expected and what you saw instead. Add a redacted screenshot when it helps explain the issue.
