Prepare a screenshot for support
Prepare a redacted screenshot that gives Threetone support enough context to investigate.
Updated
Show the problem
Capture the page or feature where the issue appears. In the support request, explain what you expected, what happened instead, the steps that led to it, and the approximate time. If the issue affects a workspace, include the workspace name and the role of the person who saw it.
Remove sensitive details
Before attaching the image, remove passwords, access keys, sign-in or verification codes, personal data, and unrelated customer information. Check the browser address bar, notifications, side panels, and any visible logs for values that should stay private.
Review the file before sending
Open the redacted screenshot at full size. Make sure the relevant error or control is readable and that the image does not include another customer's information. Attach only the reviewed copy to your support request.
